Tennessee FMCSA Certified DOT Physical
Dr. Tigges is a 2014 FMCSA National Registry Certified Medical Examiner, and is qualified to perform CDL/DOT physicals in Tennessee, as well as BAT (Breath Alcohol Testing) and Drug Testing through a split urine collection (in compliance with the DOT employment drug test requirements). Appointments are preferred, and are available 6 days a week.
TeamCME offers DOT Physicals throughout the nation. Dr. Tigges is a TEAMCME member and is regularly updated with industry training.
Tennessee DOT Drug Testing
Drivers and motor carriers are required to be in a drug and alcohol testing consortium (pool) that includes pre-employment, post accident, randomized, and other types of required drug and alcohol tests. Dr. Tigges is certified to provide drug & alcohol testing and participate in the required consortium utilizing Team CME services. Our Tennessee DOT drug testing and alcohol screening services are also available for non DOT individuals such as employers wishing to test employees, and those seeking employment, and parents wishing to test teens. Consortiums (pools) can be set up for non-DOT employers as well.
Employee Tennessee Drug Testing
We offer POCT (Point of Collection Testing) through urinalysis with results available within minutes of sample collection. Lab analyzed results are available upon request for non-DOT as well.
DOT drug testing must utilize lab analysis and results are provided to the designated employee representative.
On-site breath analysis conducted with immediate results available.
Appointments are available 5 days a week.
