Air & Noise Assessments
Workplace Air and Noise Exposure Assessments
KSA Occupational Services helps employers evaluate occupational noise and airborne exposures through personal monitoring, documented sampling, and organized industrial hygiene reports.
Personnel Noise Monitoring
Personal noise dosimetry and workplace measurements help identify employee exposure levels and support decisions about hearing conservation, engineering controls, work practices, and hearing protection. Results can be compared with applicable occupational exposure criteria and connected to an employer’s audiometric testing program.
Noise Assessment Reports
- Date, operation, and monitoring location
- Equipment identification and pre- and post-calibration
- Sample duration and results, including time-weighted measurements when applicable
- Employee job classification and work activity
- Personal protective equipment worn during monitoring
- Result tables and recommended follow-up considerations
Personal Air Monitoring
KSA performs personal air monitoring using applicable NIOSH, OSHA, or other recognized sampling and analytical methods. Sampling plans are matched to the contaminant, employee task, work environment, and evaluation objective.
Air Sampling Documentation
- Sampling and analytical methodology
- Number and duration of samples
- Equipment calibration information
- Laboratory analytical results
- Employee job and task descriptions
- Comparison with selected occupational exposure limits
